The Hungarian Animation Producers Association holds its annual general assembly at the Kecskemét Animation Film Festival. Following a discussion about the animation events of 2024 and 2025, they will start an open conversation about the domestic and international position of Hungarian animation and their plans for the future. This year's Annecy International Animation Film Festival and the associated MIFA programme will be a special focus of attention, as Hungary has been invited to the prestigious event as the guest of honour. This gesture is invaluable for the Hungarian animation and the profession, as the world's most prestigious animation festival pays tribute to the successes of the past 111 years and also shines a spotlight on the current developments of the animation landscape.
