In Borneo, near the tropical forest, Kéria rescues a baby orangutan who was found on the oil palm plantation where her father works. At the same time, her young cousin Selaï moves in with them to escape the conflict between his nomadic family and the logging companies. Against all odds, Kéria, Selaï and Oshi, the orangutan, fight against the destruction of their ancestral home.
